Strategy leadership, measured by delivery

Portrait of Musaab Alawad
Musaab Alawad, Riyadh Saudi Arabia

I am a strategy and project management leader based in Riyadh, and I lead delivery for national scale programs across government and semi government organizations in Saudi Arabia. My work aligns executive vision with disciplined execution, so strategy becomes measurable results on the ground.

Today I direct a national scale strategic transformation program spanning 10+ workstreams and 6 executive stakeholders. I chair governance forums with 25+ senior decision makers and report through 40+ executive reports, under a governance model of 15 controls and 20+ performance indicators that I designed for the program.

Before this role I led IT strategy and projects at the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh, with budgets beyond SAR 65M and 15+ cross functional projects delivered every year. Earlier I shaped business intelligence at the Gulf Health Council and advised the Deputy Governor of the Asir Region on strategic initiatives and contracts.

How I work

I start from the outcome the leadership wants, then build the governance, the indicators and the reporting rhythm that make that outcome visible week by week. Risks and slippage surface early in my programs, while there is still time to act, and every forum I chair ends with owners and dates rather than discussion alone.
