Four signature programs from my record: a national transformation program, a governance and performance model, IT strategy at national institute scale, and business intelligence for a regional health body, drawn only from the record.

National Program · Saudi Arabia

A national scale strategic transformation program

The program. Direct a national scale strategic transformation program and keep its delivery aligned across every stakeholder, from workstream teams to executive leadership.

What I led. I direct delivery across 10+ workstreams and 6 executive stakeholders, chair governance forums bringing together 25+ senior decision makers, and issue 40+ executive reports that keep progress, risks and decisions in one clear line of sight.

Result

Milestone delivery accelerated by 20 percent, with 100 percent of milestones delivered on time.

Governance Model

Governance and performance visibility

The program. Give executive leadership a single trusted view of program health, so decisions are taken early and on evidence rather than on escalation.

What I led. I designed a governance model of 15 controls and 20+ performance indicators, with reporting rhythms that surface slippage, risk and dependency issues while there is still time to act on them.

Result

Project visibility improved by 30 percent across the program, with milestone delivery held at 100 percent on time.

Institute of Public Administration

IT strategy and projects at national institute scale

The program. Lead the IT strategy and project department of the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh, aligning technology investment with the institute strategy year after year.

What I led. I led 10+ IT strategy initiatives and 15+ cross functional projects every year, delivered 8 strategy roadmaps, and coordinated 15+ cross functional teams, with 12+ projects delivered on time.

Result

Budgets beyond SAR 65M governed through one strategy and delivery discipline, with 12+ projects delivered on time.

Gulf Health Council

Business intelligence for a regional health body

The program. Turn the Gulf Health Council data into reporting and foresight that its teams can plan with, as Business Intelligence Analyst in Riyadh.

What I led. I analysed 20+ datasets, built 6 predictive models and designed 12+ Power BI dashboards, shaping reporting that served teams across the Council.

Result

Reporting in place for 25+ staff, with predictive models giving the Council an earlier view of the trends behind its decisions.
